Every language learner has his/her own learning style with a peculiar study time limit, habits, pace and tricks that they are used to. However, sometimes it is necessary to leave your comfort zone behind and explore new things. The 'palette' of language aquisition is really wide and never ending.
Here I would like to suggest a concise form of study tips with this list that I found quite useful as a language learner.
1. Learn in a systematic way
a. Grammar: Study grammar bit by bit with exercises, tests, quizzes, worksheets; use videos from youtube and infographics that explain grammar in English.
b. Vocabulary: Memorize words in clusters/thematic forms; search for synonyms to boost your brain and improve your vocabulary. Learn phrases, expressions, whole sentences, idioms.

c. 4 Skills Focus:
LISTENING: listen & repeat with MUSIC, SONGS, PODCASTS, YOUTUBE VIDEOS, TALK SHOWS, SERIES, MOVIES, TRAILERS, CARTOONS
READING: read, read, read! Blog Hun#1 or Blog Eng#2, newspapers, magazines, advertisements, menus; graded readings, comic books, JOKES
WRITING: express your thoughts in English --> make comments on facebook sites, find a pen pal with whom you can exchange messages in English, write letters and essays about different topics you're interested in
SPEAKING: Think in English, talk to yourself or anyone who speaks English around you... (you can also record your voice to check your pronunciation that you can make even better day by day)
playful learning with games (board games), quizzes, crossword puzzles, VISUALIZING --> Pictionary, Activity, Hangman, BINGO, etc.
2. REWARD YOURSELF (buy some books, CDs, DVDs, magazines, sweets, pens or markers, postcards or any cheap products with English captions/labels)
Motivate - inspire yourself (search for motivational videos/speeches, inspirational quotes on pinterest)
Break your learning process into smaller pieces (study in shorter time limits like for 15 minutes then take a break, or learn 7-8 times a day in shorter sections and with shorter tasks)
Create peace and harmony around yourself in the room. Be careful with the lights, do not have a messy desk, create a study corner with your favourite learning materials/appliances around you.
3. Accept your mistakes and learn from them
Act like a child. Namely, learn without focusing on learning. --> Play with the language (see GAMES). What's more, be curious like a kid and HAVE FUN with practising.

4. TRAVEL: either inland, abroad, or just from your chair virtually --> Visit English websites ...., so GET OUT OF YOUR TEXTBOOK and collect experiences, collect memories ... Leave your comfort zone behind you.

And remember to have a pocket dictionary - in which you can also make notes, and translate or memorize new expressions any time you wish.
5. Do not forget to REVIEW often what you have already learnt.
(...of course, the list could be continued any time by anyone...)
Some useful websites that help me to motivate myself.
