Try to be more careful and not to be lost in the sea of forgetfulness... here is what you can do...
- relax
- make notes as much and as cute as you want
- do sports as much as you can /aerobics, jogging, walking, cycling, etc/
- listen to music that relaxes your nerves
- talk about your problems
- sleep a lot
- read in different languages /as much as you can speak at least/
- do crossword puzzles and other mental exercises
- drink a lot /water and soft drinks, of course/
- learn a new language to open up your hidden memory workouts
