These days I just found another temptation or passion or whatever we want to call it. The most important thing is that it's really something that can give me superpower and better mood whenever I feel rundown physically&mentally as well.

 

I'm sure that the combination of crazy MUSIC, THE easy to copy STEPS AND THE FUN OF WORKING MY WHOLE BODY  altogether strenghtens my spiritual and bodily persistance. 

Some people find obsession in board games, watching films, chatting or just hanging out with each other...for me, it's DANCE WORKOUT what has a function to give me a kind of shelter to get away from everyday hardships.

 

Here below, you can see a short list of my favourite dance workout videos that I highly recommend you to start doing as soon as you can. You won't regret it, I'm sure. 

 

You don't have to be perfect at doing the same choreography. Just move to the music and let your stress out.
