This article includes interesting ideas and useful expressions, however reading its content is not so happy.

I am sure it will bring water in the reader's eyes...as it is a fundamentally hard topic to discuss and to fight with it at all.

Everyone can hard lives and hardships in their lives in deed... fighting against our enemies /people, difficult situations, workplace, bad grades or even health problems/ always make our lives even shorter and more and more problematic and gueling.
