Dancing is great, especially if you do it in a different way... Let's take ZUMBA as an example.
I'm not a professional dancer neither a perfect sportswoman but I love moving my muscles in different ways. So, these days I've just found another funny&lovely type of physical exercise that makes my day whenever I feel run down emotionally, mentally and physically too.
Yepp, it's ZUMBA.
I try to choose the easiest dance steps with the greatest music first... then I get on the dancefloor ;-)
So, here are some advice why you also should start doing zumba ASAP:
The good news is that you can do it on your own from your home, too. What's more, if you have kids, do zumba together! ;-) They'll love it, I'm sure. I have tried it with my niece and she was doing it in an awesome way...!
